While we do not offer any in-house payment plans, we accept a third party payment processor called CareCredit. CareCredit is a personal credit card that can be used for health services, including dental work. They offer interest free payment plans that allow you to break up your fees into monthly payments.

The consultation fee for new patients is $99. Dr. Gelbart will sit down with you and create a personalized treatment plan with an exact quote for your specific dental needs. The consultation fee can be added to any future costs of treatment you decide to go forward with.
Yes! We accept cash, credit card and debit card payments for all self paying patients.
We work with many PPQ Dental Plans, including United Concordia, Delta Dental, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, Metlife, Guardian, United Healthcare, Teamcare, Principal, Ameritas and Fidelio. If you have a plan with an Insurance Institute not listed here, or have any questions concerning the validity of your current plan, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to verify your Institute and Plan.
Please note that we do not accept any HMO or state plans like Healthpartners, Keystone First, Aetna BetterHealth, Medicare or Medicaid.
Dr. Gelbart is a General Dentist, which means our office can handle practically all of your dental needs.
